day 6

I took the kids with me to vote today.  We’ve been talking a little bit about how people are chosen to help lead and govern us, and they were actually pretty interested in the process.  I’ve never been into politics, but today I am thankful to live in a country where my vote is counted, and that I have the right, duty, and privilege to represent the Lord in this way.  And I know, whatever the outcome of this election, that my life and family are in the sovereign hands of a God who sees and loves us.
