This year I decided to hand make everything on our Christmas tree (for those of you who are thinking I am overly ambitious and have maybe misplaced my brain, I might agree with you!)

Anyways, this project has meant some serious craft time (which I love 🙂  I am thankful for little opportunities to create and make things with my boys.  Branden and I are both what I would consider “creative,” but usually in different ways.  I hope that one day the boys look back and remember our home as a place of fun and creativity.  There’s something special about slowing down and making things with your own two hands, whether it’s Christmas decorations, a script, or a piece of furniture, hands on creativity is important!
