day 3

~  day 3  ~

I’m thankful today, for a man who enjoys being a dad to our boys.  It blesses me as their mom to see Branden getting down on their level and doing things with them that they enjoy, just to be with them.  He’s loves them truly with a sweet tenderheartedness, and they in turn just adore him.

Yesterday the boys waited all day to build these cardboard airplanes with Branden, but they didn’t have time before bed last night.  So that was the plan today – build airplanes.  There are lots of days that get filled up with things that need to get done, but today the agenda was to clear the schedule and spend time doing what they wanted to do 🙂

And I’m thankful for silly shirtless boys who find happiness in the little things 🙂
