happy mother’s day!

Yes, I know Mother’s Day was yesterday, but since I try to keep the weekends post free, I’m sharing these images today!  This post is of my Mommy 🙂  She’s awesome!  And if you’ve ever met her, you know that even though she’s under five feet tall, she’s got a big personality 🙂

I took these pictures of her the other day.  Here she is in her natural habitat.

After she tolerated me taking a few of her wearing her comfy clothes, she wanted some “real” pictures.  I really like how these turned out!

I didn’t always understand the things my Mom did.  I’m realizing (now that I’ve got two littles of my own) how much wisdom she has!  I’m thankful for so much about her, and that we have such a great relationship now.  And I’m so very grateful that my sons have her to call “Lola!”  Happy Mother’s Day Mom!  I love you!
